Understanding Knowledge work - Whatever be the industry, it is evident that the percentage of information or knowledge work is increasing rapidly compared to total work. It is imperative to deep-dive into what slivers of work are knowledge work and how does the efficacy of knowledge work impact the work - productivity.
Decision Engineering - How decisions are made is a fundamental question to explore. The new field of Decision Engineering makes much more sense in the world of increasing complexity.
